Grew up surfing where/home break(s)? Florida. My homebreaks are New Smyrna Beach and Stuart Rocks, FL

What break do you call home now and why? Surfrider Beach, Malibu. The reason I call this break home is because I live less than a minute from there. I am there everyday. I can hear the waves when I fall asleep at night.

Favorite type of wave? Warm water barrels.

Favorite spot? Witch’s Rock, CR. Reef Road, FL. I also like Drainpipes

When confronted by a big, thick closeout barrel do you straighten out or pull in and enjoy the view? Do the right thing; pull in howling at the top of your lungs.

How often do you get in the water? At least four days a week.

Marital status? Can’t turn this wolf into a housecat.

What qualifies you to judge the waves for the rest of us? Um, I am at the beach everyday and I have been surfing for 20 years.

What do you like about doing the report (aside from the obvious fame and fortune)? Calling out kooky ass longboarders.

What possesses you to get up at dawn every morning and do a surf report? Trying to score good waves before the rest of LA.

What makes your surf reports better than those of our competitors? My reports are more in depth, more accurate, and I tell you what else is going on in Malibu.

Any words of advice for someone who is just learning to surf? The most important thing is having a good tan and telling everyone that you shred way more better than them.

Other than surfing what are your hobbies? Music, snowboarding, skating, and owning the dance floor

Any surf destination you haven’t been to that you’d like to check out? Indo, Tahiti, Chile, and South Africa

Where was your best surf trip ever? Puerto Rico back in the day….or Portugal a few years back.

What’s the biggest wave you’ve ever ridden? Polly double overhead during some hurricane swells in FL.

Have you ever been in a fight out in the water? Nope, not into that bullshit.

If you had to choose only 1 who would it be? Marrianne, Ginger or Gilligan. If I was on that island, I’d pull both Marrianne and Ginger and then teach them all about sharing.
