THURSDAY Surf Forecast

The surf will hold as that NW swell showed up earlier than expected today and dished up some nice sets for the better West facing beaches. This energy, from 295-300 degrees with 15-16 second intervals will continue to deliver Shoulder to HH + range waves on the sets. While there will be good size when the sets do roll in, there may be some longer than usual lulls in between the action.

SATURDAY Surf Forecast

The surf should be in the chest to HH + zone with a mish mash of leftovers and building wind swell.

PSA – Beware of the Urban Runoff – It  is advised to stay out of the water  for 72 hours following any measurable rain fall. It’s always a roll of the dice, especially after a major downpour. The threat of getting sick is very real, so if you do insist on taking the plunge be sure to use ear plugs and upon exiting the ocean rinse off in hot water, use some alcohol based ear drops and a nasal netti pot rinse for good measure never hurt anybody.

2024-03-30 Sat 05:08 PM 2.31′ Low
2024-03-30 Sat 07:13 PM Sunset

The conditions – It’s shaping up to be a real stinker with strong onshore winds through the morning and what looks be crummy weather all day long.  The air temp dips to 56 degrees and there’s a 100% chance of rain, (if you can call that a chance).
