For Friday morning we’ll see that aforementioned swell hit its stride with OH to possibly DOH sets at the better West facing beaches. This energy will move in from a 285-295 degree angle with powerful 16-18 second intervals and the weather looks as good as it gets.

If you haven’t had a sick day in a while it might be time to come down with the 3 day weekend flu, (also referred to as elninosis – pronounced “el neen yo sis” there is no proven cure as of yet)! Lots of liquids are the only suggested treatment so far!

By Monday morning we’ll see smaller surf mixing in with another jumbo high tide at 8:36AM. This will put most spots in a “sleeper hold” through the prime morning surf hours, but you might be able to scratch up a few super early or late morning. High pressure should keep things clean all day so plan accordingly!

By Tuesday morning we’ll some fresh NW energy work its way into the picture and put the top West facing breaks into the chest to shoulder high plus zone for the AM. This swell will have quite a bit of West in it, moving in from a 285-295 degree angle, but will only have 12-14 second intervals, so it won’t have the same kind of muscle we’ve become accustomed to this season.
