Dick
Gustafsons passion for photography and surfing
started in the
early 60's when he started shooting the locals,
and later became staff
photographer for Surf Guide magazine and shot
extensively for peterson
publications. There was a break in his photography
career when he
became a firefighter with the L.A.County Fire
Dept. After retirement,
Dick rekindled his old passion of photography
and surfing interest with
the Digital world. If you see the big Ole' clunker
truck at the beach,
he's probably shooting photos..
