CHERNEGA
Matt Chernega is almost to young to be a who's hot
but still too old to be considered a grommet. Matt's
skill in the water is a beautiful cross between
a more traditional search for the perfect tube to
the more modernistic air, grab, reverse, olley oop
slide, wing dingers and the tricks of the future.
Matt is a weird kid with a strange sense of humor
that I couldn't even attempt to mimic. He drives
the kind of monster truck that you would only expect
to see on ESPN. He always parks right near the exit
of the lot, so if you see him, go watch him surf
and be prepared to get inspired.

I work for body glove and I work for a training
center.
What do you do for Body Glove?
I make ads.
What do you do at the traing center?
Watch hot women work out.

No cause I turn them away.
What do you just work the front desk?
Yeah.
What kind of car do you drive?
A built Tacoma.
What do you mean by built?
It means custom built front end.
So there's nothing special going on with the rear
end.
It's going to have a custom rear end but it's just
stock now.
Been surfing lately?
Yeah I went out today.

I surf almost every day.
What do you mean by almost?
When ever there are waves.
What constitutes as waves to you?
Any thing over double ankle high.(serious)
You don't mind groveling?
No.
Do you have a girlfriend?
Don't ask me that question it might get me in trouble.
How could you get in trouble?
Because, some one might think it's them, but it's
not, refer to Spank (Spencer Parker).
You ever been on any surf trips?
Yes.

Costa Rica, Hawaii, and Mexico
