Wednesday morning will be a bit smaller, but the West facing breaks will continue to produce inconsistent, chest high plus sets for the top spots. The tides only changes 2 feet through the morning so what you see is what you get for the early AM.

2015-12-16 Wed 06:06 AM 2.57 feet Low Tide

2015-12-16 Wed 07:09 PM 0.17 feet Low Tide
2015-12-16 Wed 10:24 PM Moonset

The conditions look good as the models are calling for 4-6 MPH breezes out of the NE/NNE until noon, (and moderately stronger below passes and canyons), and mild onshore winds in the 2-5 MPH range in the afternoon. The air temp tops out at 63 degrees.
______________________________________________________________________________

For Thursday morning ocean surface should be clean and a fresh NW swell will roll in from a steep, 300-310 degrees with 16-18 second intervals and will put the better West facing beaches into head high plus range for the AM and continue to pulse through the day.

* Due to the severity of the angle it will be inconsistent and likely bypass all but the most exposed West facing beaches.

______________________________________________________________________________

For Friday morning it looks a bit smaller and will continue to be inconsistent. We should see sporadic, chest to maybe shoulder high sets for the best West facing beaches through the morning, and that will diminish more throughout the day.

2015-12-18 Fri 04:47 PM Sunset
2015-12-18 Fri 09:04 PM 0.85 feet Low Tide

The conditions look pretty good, but a little iffy due to the straight Northerly winds possible. We’re projected to see N/NNE winds in the 0-6 MPH range until noon and then 5-8 MPH out of the West in the afternoon. The air temp tops out at 71 degrees.
