Wednesday morning should be okay, (tide permitting), as that NW energy continues to pulse in chest high plus sets for the top West facing breaks. The sea surface should be fairly clean all day long with light and variable winds.

For Thursday morning we’ll see fading waist to maybe chest high swell out of the NW for the best West facing breaks. Tides look a bit more manageable for the dawn patrol but it still looks a bit robust at 9:32AM.

The conditionslook pretty good most of the day with variable winds in the 1-4 MPH zone until 2PM and Westerly winds in the 6-9 MPH until sundown. The air temp jumps up to 69 degrees.
On Friday morning some fresh Westerly swell should start to show in conjunction with a nice tide push through the morning. The better West facing breaks should see shoulder to head high plus sets from a Westerly 270-280 degree angle.

The conditionslook a bit questionable with onshore winds in the 2-7 MPH zone until 11AM and 10-14 out of the West in the afternoon. There’s a 10% chance of rain and air temp tops out at 70 degrees.
The current water temps Newport 63 degrees, Huntington 59 degrees, the South Bay showed as 63 degrees, Santa Monica 62 degrees and Malibu 59 degrees.
