The conditions look fair with SE winds in the 2-4 MPH zone until 10AM and then those pick up to 9-11 MPH in the afternoon. The air temp tops out at 81 degrees.
For Sunday morning we’ll see subtle change as some steeply angled, long interval, South swell creeps in through the day. The angle is from a fairly severe 175-180 degrees, and will only make a mark at the most exposed South facing breaks in the OC and San O’ areas. That should build in through the day and serve up chest high plus sets on Monday morning.

The conditions won’t be bad for spots that like a South wind. We’ll see breezes out of the SE in the 3-5 MPH zone until 10AM and then those pick up to 9-12 MPH in the afternoon. The air temp hits the 80 degree mark on the sand.
Monday morning looks to be the peak of the South swell with chest high plus sets at the top spots in the OC and San O’ areas. As stated earlier, this one is coming up the line from a severe angle of 175-180 degrees, (14-16 second intervals), and will only get into the most exposed South facing breaks.

For Tuesday morning we’ll see that 175-180 degrees back down throughout the day but should still be good for less consistent waist to chest high sets. Once again the swell will only get into the most exposed South facing breaks in the OC and San O’ areas.
We’ll also have that omnipresent steeply angled NW wind swell in the knee to waist high range.
