For Monday morning the surf will remain anemic, dishing up knee to waist high surf. Hopefully a fast moving oil tanker will send a couple sets our way, but other than that it looks pretty bad!

For Wednesday morning we should see a little light at the end of the tunnel as some short interval, NW wind swell, weaves its way into the better West facing beaches. This minor burst of energy will roll in from a steep, 300-310 degree angle with 10 second intervals and dish up waist high + peaks.

For Thursday morning the short interval NW wind swell will continue to dish up some okay surf for the top West facing breaks. The waves should be in the waist to chest high range throughout the day and some fresh, longer interval energy, should start to show up later in the day.

For Friday morning we’ll get a swell with a little more street cred as a punchy NW ground swell moves in from a 300 degree angle with healthy, 17-18 second intervals. The exposed West facing breaks should see chest to shoulder high sets with some larger waves at the better winter spots.
