Good Afternoon from Troncones, MX and Manzanillo Bay
Dark and rainy morning. A tropical storm or hurricane is forming just off the coast. Light to heavy rains with serious occasional cross shore winds. Swell is still decent though. Shoulder to head high. Varying from choppy to clean depending on wind gusts.
A surprisingly large number out, at least for the point. 9 in the water catching some decent rides.
Forecasts show an impending huge swell towards midweek. Possible triple overheads on a tight 11 sec. interval.
Air temperature in the upper 80′s and water temp is around 82. We are into the rainy season so possible intermittent daily showers and partly to mostly cloudy skies.
Sunrise is 7:12 and sunset 20:26. High tide at 13:41 and 2.2 ft.
