SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SURF FORECAST UPDATED 2-1-16

For Tuesday morning the surf will be in the head high + zone but it will once again be of the confused wind swell variety with short interval peaks bouncing around.
The winds are supposed to turn around though, (as a mild Santa Ana Condition builds in), so there is a glimmer of hope that the conditions could clean up.
