For Friday morning that new swell will peak and dish up head high to OH sets at the top West facing beaches. The angle will continue to roll in from that same 290-305 degrees with 13-14 second intervals.
The tide drops quickly through the morning.

The conditions look pretty good with NE/NNE winds in the 3-5 MPH zone until around noon, (stronger below passes and canyons), and 5-9 MPH out of the West in the afternoon. The air temp holds at 64 degrees.
By Saturday morning the swell will be on the fade, but there will still be chest to head high surf for the better West facing breaks. Same swell angle, but the intervals will drop to 12-14 seconds and it will continue to slowly back down throughout the day.

The conditions look great for the AM with winds out of the NE/NNE in the 3-7 MPH range all day long, (stronger below passes and canyons). The air temp jumps up to 73 degrees as high pressure builds in.
For Sunday morning we’ll slink down into the waist to chest high zone for the better West facing breaks and an early jumbo tide will really slow things down.

For Monday morning the Santa Ana winds will hang around but the surf is scripted to drop off bigtime. We will back down into the waist to, hopefully, chest high zone for the best West facing breaks.
