HURRICANE WATCH: An area of low pressure centered about 550 miles south southwest of the southern tip of Baja California, Mexico remains poorly organized due to unfavorable upper-level winds. These more favorable conditions should lead to the development of another tropical cyclone within the next couple of days. This projection suggests this system should stay well away from land the rest of this week.
