For Wednesday morning we will see a fading NW ground swell and a decent dose of wind swell in the chest to possibly shoulder high zone at the best West facing beaches.

There will also be some waist high pulses out of the SW from a 215 degree angle in the mix.

* Fat high tides will continue to haunt the morning crew.

For Thursday morning we will see quickly fading NW wind swell in he waist high plus range and some new, small, but strong, long interval swell out of the SW. This will roll in from a liberal 205-210 degree angle with 17 second intervals. The best spots in the OC and San 0′ areas should see waist to chest high sets.

Friday will most likely be clean again but the wind models are showing more North in the winds than East. This could potentially screw up the sea surface if it does indeed come to fruition.

Looks like we should see some fresh, NW wind swell move in from a steep 310 degree angle and kick up waist high plus surf for West facing beaches that are receptive to that angle. The SW energy will remain in play with waist high plus sets from a 205 degree angle.

Friday

2015-11-13 Fri 06:43 PM Moonset
2015-11-13 Fri 10:49 PM 3.84 feet High Tide

The conditions look a little temperamental with N/NNE winds in the 4-9 MPH zone until noon and then those turn Westerly at about the same speed. The air temp jumps up to 79 degrees.

Saturday looks smaller with a dying NW wind swell and sporadic pulses out of the SW. We’re anticipating waist high plus surf at most beaches.

Saturday
2015-11-14 Sat 03:29 AM 2.34 feet Low Tide
2015-11-14 Sat 06:25 AM Sunrise
2015-11-14 Sat 08:55 AM Moonrise

2015-11-14 Sat 07:33 PM Moonset
2015-11-14 Sat 11:40 PM 3.70 feet High Tide

The conditions look similar to those of Friday with a threat of Northerly winds. The models are calling for 1-7 MPH breezes out of the N/NNE until noon and mild 6-9 MPH winds for the rest of the day. The air temp dips a hair to 76 degrees.
______________________________________________________________________________

Sunday morning should see more size at the standout West facing breaks as some super steep, 305-315 degree swell puts the top spots in the chest to head high zone, (possibly a few larger sets). The problem is that due to the severity of the angle, this energy will bypass much of So Cal. Point Conception and above, and down into the San Diego/Baja Norte area will have more size and consistency than anything we’ll see locally.

Sporadic pulses out of the SW will remain in the mix.

Sunday
2015-11-15 Sun 04:05 AM 2.58 feet Low Tide
2015-11-15 Sun 06:26 AM Sunrise
2015-11-15 Sun 09:46 AM Moonrise
2015-11-15 Sun 10:22 AM 5.53 feet High Tide
2015-11-15 Sun 04:50 PM Sunset
2015-11-15 Sun 05:53 PM 0.14 feet Low Tide
2015-11-15 Sun 08:27 PM Moonset

The conditions should be fair as high pressure packs its bags and heads out of town. We’ll see light and variable winds in the 1-3 MPH zone until noon and 9-13 MPH breezes out of the West in the afternoon. The air temp dips to 71 degrees.
