SURF FORECAST UPDATED 11-28-12
______________________________________________________________________________

Wednesday morning is shaping up to be a real stinker with the surf wallowing in the knee to waist high range and a jumbo, 6 foot high tide right around 8AM.

The good news is that some fresh West swell will be working it’s way down the line and should be in play at some point Thursday morning.

For Thursday morning the NW energy will bump into the head high to possibly overhead zone for the top West facing breaks. This swell will have way more West in it than we’ve seen so far this winter, which means it will be less picky about what beaches it pays a visit to. We should see, 12-14 second intervals from a 280 degree angle.

For Friday morning the NW energy will increase a hair and the most exposed West facing breaks should see well overhead sets. The angle and intervals won’t change much, so if nothing else we should have plenty of waves. The winds are the biggest variable in the equation.

For Saturday morning the swell should hold with continued head high to few feet overhead sets, (for the top West facing spots). The conditions look a little suspect so check the cams before you head out.

______________________________________________________________________________

Sunday morning looks a bit smaller with but there will still be plenty of West swell out there. The better spots should continue to dish up shoulder to head high plus sets and spots that can handle the Southerly winds should be pretty fun.
