HURRICANE REPORT – That little storm fizzled out. All quiet out there right now.
Friday morning looks to see more of the same with waist high plus NW energy and waist to stomach high sets out of the SW. The winds look good as high pressure digs it’s claws in for the next couple days. We should have warm weather and a clean sea surface.

The conditions look good with winds out of the NNE in the 5-15 MPH zone all day long with stronger gusts out of the passes and canyons. Look for a high air temp of 78 degrees on the sand.
For Saturday morning all swell activity backs down and leaves us with knee to waist high background swell, but beautiful weather.

The conditions look excellent with NNE breezes in the 8-12 MPH zone until 11AM and afternoon onshores up into the 8-10 MPH range. Look for a high air temp of 81 degrees.
Sunday morning looks no better as perfect conditions are wasted with smallish knee to waist high background swell.

The conditions don’t look really nice as the high pressure eases slightly but generates mile NE winds in the 2-6 MPH zone until 11AM and afternoon onshores up into the 6-8 MPH range. Look for a high air temp of 78 degrees.
The current water temps are as follows – Newport 68 degrees, Huntington 68 degrees, the South Bay showed as 68 degrees, Santa Monica 68 degrees and Malibu 65 degrees.
