SURF REPORT for Troncones, Mexico Updated 11-17-13

Good Afternoon from Troncones, MX and Manzanillo Bay

What can I say. It certainly hasn’t been stellar on the point lately. Small waves, tight to the rocks. Certainly could be better, and it will be. The coming week is showing promise for a building swell and by next week end we should be cooking with gas again, so to speak. The great thing, of course, is we have so many options here. While the point has been off, just a few short minutes down the road, the beach break has been fantastic. Plenty of barrels and tubes, head high to 2 ft over. It is pretty for sure.

No one was out on the point. Beach break had at least 15 or 20 people scattered up and down the sand bars.

Looking at a steady build in the swell through out the week and into the following week.

Air temperature in the upper 80′s to low 90’s and water temp is around 83. Mostly sunny, warm and humid. Some nice breezes.

Sunrise is 6:53 and sunset 18:11. High tide at 7:23 and 1.6 ft.
