SURF REPORT for Troncones, Mexico Updated 8-10-14

Good Afternoon from Troncones, MX and Manzanillo Bay

Still seeing a good swell leftover from the most recent passing hurricane, Norbert. The last week has gone from messy to epic as the storm slid up the Eastern Pacific. Today had nice clean overhead sets peeling down the point. Though this morning saw us waking up to overcast skies and showers.

Only 2 out while I was there.

Forecast is showing the same conditions for the coming week with a nice sized increase in the swell for next weekend. Should be consistently good to very good.

Air temperature in the mid 90’s and water temp is around 87. Early morning clouds most days, then sun with scattered clouds building in the afternoon. Late afternoon and overnight thunder showers at times.

Sunrise is 7:34 and sunset 19:58. High tide at 10:57 and 2.1 ft.
