Saturday morning looks very questionable as a front blows through… But the wind models are NOW showing early offshore winds out of the East at 1-5 MPH until 11AM and those will jump up to as high as 10-25 MPH in the afternoon. Wind swell will pick up through the day and should get up into the chest to shoulder high zone for the better West facing breaks in the afternoon, (but chances are that it won’t be pretty by then).

For Sunday morning we should see a bump in size courtesy of the blustery winds, with chest to maybe shoulder high wind peaks for the better West facing beaches. This energy will fade quickly through the day. Winds are forecasted to turn offshore late Saturday night so it may be good for the AM.

For Monday morning we’ll dip back into the waist high zone with leftover scraps of wind swell. We should see some new, medium interval energy move in through the day and put the better West facing breaks into the waist high plus zone by days end.

For Tuesday morning that new NW energy, 12-14 seconds from a 290 degree angle will put the best West facing beaches in the waist to hopefully chest high range.
