HURRICANE WATCH:Carlos es no bueno por las olas! Looks like this one will be another land hugging non swell producing storm!

Carlos weakened to a tropical storm Sunday morning as it continues to slowly edge closer to the Mexican coast. It was less than 75 miles south-southwest of Acapulco. Carlos has sustained winds now near 70 mph. For now, the worst impacts are offshore, but that will be changing. Carlos is expected to re-strengthen into a hurricane late Sunday or early Monday.
