HURRICANE WATCH:

Carlos es no bueno por las olas! Looks like this one will be another land hugging non swell producing storm!

As of Tuesday afternoon, Carlos remains a hurricane with maximum sustained winds near 85 mph. Carlos is moving in a west-northwest motion, paralleling the southwest coast of Mexico. Carlos is expected to gradually weaken heading through the midweek as it interacts with land.

Locally heavy rain will be felt across parts of Jalisco and Colima through the middle of the week. Much of these areas will see 1-3 inches with higher amounts across the high terrain.

With Carlos being a very small storm, only a few wind gusts of 40-60 mph will be felt at the immediate coast.

For Wednesday morning the song remains the same with waist high plus wind swell for the most exposed West facing breaks. Should be a nice beach day so consider any surf a bonus!
