HURRICANE WATCH November 9, 2014 – An area of low pressure is several hundred miles south of the southern tip of Baja California. There is a small window of opportunity for development during the next 24 hours, but beyond that, environmental conditions will worsen as the storm drifts northward over the next few days.
Monday morning looks small again with knee to waist high dribblers up and down the coast. The tides look favorable early but it’s hard to paint with no canvas!
Some new, steeply angled NW energy will start to show up later in the day. That’s coming down the line from a steep 300-31- degree angle and should be in play for Tuesday morning.
