HURRICANE WATCH 10-30-13
Raymond no longer has tropical characteristics and has weakened to a remnant low southwest of Baja. The weakening low will drift northeastward then northward over the next day or two.
A large area of showers and thunderstorms a few hundred miles south of Mexico will be monitored for possible development later this week. This has the potential to bring additional rainfall to parts of western Mexico.
