HURRICANE WATCH

Tropical Storm Dalila is strengthening as it moves away from Mexico’s Pacific coast and could become a hurricane by Tuesday.

The storm has maximum sustained winds of 65 mph. The storm on centered about 165 miles southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, and is moving northwest at 7 mph.

The government of Mexico has discontinued tropical storm warnings and watches for the coast.
Dalilia is expected to bring winds and rain accumulations of 1 to 3 inches to the country’s coastline over Monday and into the night.

Tuesday morning looks a little smaller with a mix of SW medium interval ground swell and residual NW energy combining for waist to occasionally chest high surf most everywhere.
